PLYMOUTH PENINSULA MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT, TOBAGO
Our proposal for the Plymouth Peninsula (Phase 2) development explores the historic archeological strata of the locale providing a rich backdrop to a prominent coastal site.
Elevated ten metres above sea level, the peninsula development subtly and seamlessly combinies public realm with private residences drawing panoramic views towards the surrounding beaches and Caribbean sea.
Comprised of two prominent sculptural forms, the development will host a mixed program for residents and visitors combining apartments with retail and leisure amenities - challenging the traditional typologies on the island. Each stone-clad form envelopes a private tropical courtyard space providing a shaded landscaped interior and refuge from the coastal elements.
