Positioned within a sensitive conservation area, the Julien Trace Residence development site combines a series of 30 high quality private homes within the backdrop of dense tropical forestry covering 1 hectare.

In developing the project, retention of the existing landscape remained a key factor in determining the scale, density and configuration of each block, maximizing the relationship between each apartment and the surrounding forestry.
Each block comprises of a series of in-situ concrete surfaces and opening louvered facades allowing the user a seamless relationship between the natural and artificial.
