Located on the western edge of the BHSC Masterplan, the Beetham Village comprises of approximately 225 residential units within a mixed-use programme of retail, workshops, nursery, community hall and public space creating a dynamic 'micro-city'.

Within this composition, there are possibilities for people from a variety of industries/sectors as well as residents to encounter one another socially and economically creating a vibrant local community.
