The Port of Spain Culture Centre draws upon a rich industrial and creative history within the region. Located on the eastern edge of the Beetham Complex Masterplan, the centre will house an exhibition gallery, performance hall, recording studios, teaching rooms, audio-visual facilities and administrative spaces. These will be supported by a series of internal and external multi-purpose spaces.

Maintaining a strong conceptual reference to the history of the local area and the unique site has been at the heart of the design process. The project combines the presence of a regional landmark within a dense and diverse urban fabric while providing a local beacon of creative excellence and regeneration within East Port of Spain.
